Well, it has been a while since I have brewed a batch of beer. With family and work and the podcast, it was hard to get the time. I finally got to it a couple of weeks ago and knocked out a batch. I was thinking of what to make and then it hit me that it is really hard to find a classic American Brown Ale. So I decided to make one.
