Lars Garshol is one of the most prolific writers in the world about historic farmhouse brewing techniques. His blog about farmhouse brewing was one of the coolest reads out there when I was first starting my personal homebrewing education. Today we are going to talk to Lars all the way from Norway about his upcoming books and historic brewing techniques on Homebrewing DIY.

  1. Another great and informative episode. The information about the traditional technique and process is what gave this episode depth. Would love to know more about farmhouse in the Balkans, Ukraine, Belarus, and Lithuania. This was an amazing topic to cover.
