This mash-tun is an old used keg insulated and clad in oak
This is the mash cooker inside there are steel paddles that theo motor on top uses to stir the mash
This is Jim’s boil kettle and the counterflow chiller then pumps the wort ot the fermentation cellar.
This line runs underground to the basement then into the fermenter
Jim’s hand-dug fermentation cellar.
